Pick-Up and Repair Packages

Basic Pick-up and Repair Minimum $150.00

Basic Pick-up and Repair for 2 Blinds Minimum $205.00

Basic pick up, repair and delivery is provided. Blinds are uninstalled and re-installed by customer. Payment must be in full.

Pro Pick-up and Repair Minimum $325.00

Pro Pick-up and Repair for 2 Blinds Minimum $380.00

Uninstallation, pick up, repair, delivery, and re-installation is provided. Blinds are uninstalled and re-installed by us. Payment must be in full.

 

Pricing is subject to additional fees, such as service area, number of units, warranty status, building type, oversized packages, high ceilings, hard to access windows. Please contact us for a quote.

Notice on All Repairs

All repairs are subject to $55.00 + HST minimum.

This fee applies to all repairs including warranty repairs. This minimum charge is the base fee for all products sent for repair, this provides S+H for 1 box under 48". Minimum charge does not include any inspection, site-visit, take-down, installation or disposal, additional fees may apply.

All non-warranty repairs are subject to $115.00 + HST minimum.

All non-Sun Shades of Caledon carried brands repairs are subject to $135.00 + HST minimum.

Not all products can be repaired. There is no guarantee on repair services.

There is no guarantee that items are repairable. We warranty our installation for 90 days. Any extra or additional services provided are chargeable outside this period. This includes site -visit, take-down, re-installation, shipping, or disposal. Please see Service Charges for additional information. Any incurred fees are non-refundable in the event the product is determined to be unrepairable.

Warranty Claims

Warrantied Repairs require an original manufacturing Order number.

Warranties on products are provided by the manufacturer.  A warranty cannot be provided without the manufacturing number. Warranties are provided by and limited to manufacturer terms. These warranties are non-transferrable. We handle warranty claims for the manufacturers sold by Sun Shades of Caledon only. Warranty Repairs may still be subject to fees outside of repair, including but not limited to minimum charges, installation, and/or disposal. Any incurred fees are non-refundable in the event the product is determined to be unrepairable.

Out of Warranty

Out-of-Warranty repairs are carried out by independent repair centers. There is absolutely no guarantee on out of warranty repairs. Not all products can be repaired. Out of Warranty Repairs must be quoted on case-by-case basis. All repairs may also be subject to additional fees for any services provided. Any incurred fees are non-refundable in the event the product is determined to be unrepairable.

Non-Carried Brands

Please note we do not carry all window treatment brands; therefore, we are unable to source parts or service every brand of window covering. There is no guarantee on any non-carried brand’s parts, or repairs. All repairs may also be subject to additional fees for any services provided. Any incurred fees are non-refundable in the event the product is determined to be unrepairable.

Unrepairable

Please note Some Blinds Might Not be Repairable. We will, in our best efforts, try to provide and communicate an accurate assessment of this before proceeding. All repairs may also be subject to additional fees for any services provided. Any incurred fees are non-refundable in the event the product is determined to be unrepairable.

Services

All on-site service visits outside of installation guarantee (90 days) are subject to $135.00 + HST minimum.

All on-site service visits for non-Sun Shades of Caledon sold products are subject to $195.00 + HST minimum.

All on-site service visits for non-Sun Shades of Caledon carried brands are subject to $230.00 + HST minimum.

There is no guarantee on services. Minimum charges apply to inspection visits.  Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to any additional site-visits, distance, take-down, re-installation, shipping, height, programming, or disposal.
