Pick-Up and Repair & Service Packages

Basic Pick-Up and Repair

  • Minimum charge: $150.00
  • For 2 blinds: $205.00
  • Includes pick-up, repair, and delivery.
  • Customers handle uninstallation and reinstallation.
  • Full payment required.

Pro Pick-Up and Repair

  • Minimum charge: $325.00
  • For 2 blinds: $380.00
  • Includes uninstallation, pick-up, repair, delivery, and reinstallation.
  • We handle all uninstallation and reinstallation.
  • Full payment required.

Additional Fees:

Pricing may vary based on service area, number of units, warranty status, building type, oversized packages, high ceilings, or hard-to-access windows. Contact us for a quote.

Repairs

Repair Fees

  • All repairs: Minimum $55.00 + HST
    • Includes shipping and handling for one box under 48″.
    • Applies to warranty and non-warranty repairs.
    • Does not cover inspection, site visits, take-down, installation, or disposal (additional fees may apply).
  • Non-warranty repairs: Minimum $155.00 + HST
  • Repairs for non-Sun Shades of Caledon brands: Minimum $185.00 + HST

Repair Limitations

  • Not all products can be repaired.
  • Repairs are not guaranteed.
  • Installation warranty: 90 days. After this period, extra services (e.g., site visits, take-down, reinstallation, shipping, disposal) are chargeable.
  • Fees are non-refundable if a product is deemed unrepairable.

 

Warranty Claims

  • Warrantied repairs require an original manufacturing order number.
  • Warranties are provided by manufacturers—not by us.
  • Manufacturer warranty terms apply.

  • We do not carry all window treatment brands.
  • No guarantee on non-carried brands’ parts or repair & service.

  • Some blinds may not be repairable.
  • We will assess and communicate this before proceeding.
  • Additional fees may apply.

Services

On-Site Service Fees

  • Outside of installation warranty (90 days): $160.00 + HST minimum.
  • For non-Sun Shades of Caledon products: $195.00 + HST minimum.
  • For non-Sun Shades of Caledon brands: $230.00 + HST minimum.

Additional Charges

  • Minimum charges apply to inspection visits.
  • Extra fees may apply for additional site visits, long distances, take-down, reinstallation, shipping, height, programming, or disposal.
